Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on 999zk. This minimum age applies to all Players, regardless of the age of majority in any other jurisdiction. We enforce this requirement rigorously and reserve the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.

2.2 Residency. The 999zk Platform is designed for and primarily targets players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Restricted Territories. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or where 999zk has determined that registration carries unacceptable regulatory risk, are not eligible to hold an account. A current list of Restricted Territories is available on request from our support team.

2.4 Professional Capacity. Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of 999zk — and their immediate family members — are prohibited from registering or holding an active Player account.

3.1 One Account Per Individual. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 999zk. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 999zk employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method matching to detect duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 999zk to close your account immediately.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other service;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify 999zk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account, balance, or any rights arising from your account to any third party.

4.1 Mandatory Verification. 999zk is required to verify the identity and age of all Players as part of our licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance programme. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.

4.2 Documents Required. We may request any or all of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — or valid passport);
• A recent selfie holding the submitted ID document;
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of bank account or e-wallet in your name);
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days, showing full name and Indonesian address).

4.3 Verification Timeframe. 999zk aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Enhanced due-diligence reviews for higher-value accounts may take up to 72 hours.

4.4 Failure to Verify. If you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request, 999zk reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality on your account until verification is complete. In cases of suspected fraud, accounts may be closed and balances held pending investigation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 999zk accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and account tier; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

5.3 Currency. All deposits are received and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 999zk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by 999zk; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 999zk bears no responsibility.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods not registered in your name, is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

5.5 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are credited to your account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the originating institution, typically within minutes for BI-FAST-enabled transfers.

6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering controls.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day vary by account tier and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

6.3 Processing Times. 999zk aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes after approval:

• OVO, DANA, GoPay: approximately 2–5 minutes;
• BCA: approximately 3–10 minutes;
• BRI, BNI: approximately 5–15 minutes;
• Mandiri and other banks: approximately 5–30 minutes.

These are target processing times under normal operating conditions. 999zk is not liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider's own processing systems.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Real-money funds that have not been used to satisfy a wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal limit.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 999zk are subject to the general terms set out in this clause and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings generated from those funds can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier, time limit, game contribution percentages, and maximum bet size while a bonus is active are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is in progress may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses at 999zk's discretion.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through practices including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets across games or accounts, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional offers — constitutes Bonus Abuse and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

7.5 Right to Modify Promotions. 999zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered at the time of the change.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on 999zk are subject to our applicable game rules, sportsbook rules, and the terms of this agreement. 999zk reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

8.2 Sports Betting. Sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and all other competitions available on the Platform — are governed by the 999zk Sportsbook Rules. Key provisions include:

• Bandar bola (bookmaker-style football wagering) markets are settled according to the official result at the end of regular time, unless otherwise stated;
• Mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the accumulator to pay out; a void selection reduces the accumulator but does not void the entire bet;
• Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets are settled according to standard Asian Handicap rules as published on the Platform;
• In the event of a postponement, the bet will stand if the match is played within 48 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time.

8.3 Casino & Live Casino. All casino games — including slots, live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Published RTP percentages are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual outcome.

8.4 Togel Draws. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the officially recognised draw operator for each pool (Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Cambodia). 999zk's settlement is based solely on the result published by the relevant official draw body.

8.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrectly displayed odds that materially affects the integrity of a bet, 999zk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. No claim for winnings will be honoured where the error was clearly apparent to a reasonable person.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 999zk and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another individual;
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or to exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any form of corrupt betting behaviour;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — including errors in published odds — rather than reporting them to 999zk support;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 999zk staff or other Players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the 999zk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 999zk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

10.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 999zk Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the 999zk Platform, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing that material; you may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.

11.1 Platform Availability. 999zk endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999zk excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, and loss of goodwill.

11.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 999zk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services. The 999zk Platform may integrate or interact with third-party game studios, payment processors, and data providers. 999zk is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, and any dispute with a payment processor or game studio must be addressed directly with that provider.

12.1 Commitment. 999zk is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and take our duty of care seriously.

12.2 Available Tools. All registered Players may access the following responsible-gaming tools free of charge from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings;
• Loss Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly net-loss ceilings;
• Session Time Limits — maximum duration per login session;
• Reality-Check Reminders — periodic notifications displaying session duration and net balance change;
• Self-Exclusion — temporary (30 days to 12 months) or permanent account closure.

12.3 Age Verification. The 999zk Platform enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Player who is found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed immediately. All funds deposited by an under-age Player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts attributable to wagers already placed.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999zk is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 999zk at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally. 999zk will endeavour to respond to all dispute notifications within 5 business days.

13.3 Formal Dispute Process. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the dispute to the formal dispute-resolution process under the rules of 999zk's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process are available from our support team on request.

13.4 No Class Actions. Any dispute must be brought by you in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

14.1 Right to Amend. 999zk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 Acceptance of Amended Terms. Your continued use of the 999zk Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

14.3 Version History. The date at the top of this page indicates the date on which the current version of these Terms was last updated. Previous versions of our Terms are available on request.
